Safe Arrivals

If your child will be late or absent, please contact the school at 737-1121 and leave a message in the Safe Arrivals mailbox.  

Please indicate:
  • Your child's name and grade
  • Your name
  • How long your child will be absent
  • The reason for his/her absence
This expedites our attendance process, allowing us to ensure that all of our students are safe and accounted for in a timely manner.

MORNING ENTRY 

*PLEASE USE THE BACK PARKING LOT WHEN DROPPING OFF OR PICKING UP STUDENTS.  STOPPING/PARKING IS ONLY PERMITTED IN THAT LOT. 
 
Except in unusual circumstances or inclement weather, children are not allowed into the school until the bell rings at 8:45AM.  Playground supervision begins at 8:20AM. Please ensure that your child is not at school before 8:20AM.

SAFE WELCOME

All visitors must use the intercom at the front door to be admitted to the school.  Visitors must check in at the office.  Everyone entering and leaving the school must sign out during school hours: 
  • Visitors
  • Students arriving late or returning after an appointment
  • Students leaving early 

STUDENT INFORMATION FOR EMERGENCIES, ILLNESS, and/or EARLY DISMISSAL 

In order to keep our files accurate, we are requesting that you ensure we have current contact information for all contacts listed for your children. This includes home phone numbers, work numbers, and cell numbers. 
 

PLEASE REMEMBER: 

If your child’s bus is cancelled and they are driven to school, you must make arrangements for your child to be picked up at the end of the day.​
